Joshua represents clients in business, real estate, and estate planning matters. He primarily counsels entrepreneurs and small to mid-size businesses regarding business operation structure and formation, transaction negotiation and contract drafting, mergers and asset sales and acquisitions, exit and succession planning, real estate transactions and leasing, and a variety of other general matters. He is a graduate from Capital University Law School and Bluefield College and a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
